Who is Toast?
We are a multiplatform production house that has been operating for over 10 years. We work with brands coming from various fields: entertainment (a youth television series for example), content (documentaries, television magazines) and corporate.
There is not recipe. Each brand has its personnality. And each personnality has its story. And each story has its own content strategy that represents it best.
Toast’s core is made of producers. Producers that combine the most relevant expertise in content, technology and funding. Brand producers.
We act at the platform level and are thus able to coordinate the development of the brand on all these platforms, ensuring cohesion and alignment.

How are you different?
The core team being built around producers, we aren’t attached to any product of platform. We are platform-independant.
Our knowledge of content, platforms and technology allows us to offer the solution that sticks the most with any brand, all the time.
We’re strong and we love our work when we have the opportunity to deploy a brand in multiple places while taking into account three important aspects:
1) Can (or must) the concept be cut into different platforms and if so, which platform is most appropriate for each piece of content?
2) Which tactics to use in order to trigger transitions by clients and fans from one platform to another?
3) How to market the platforms on which the brand is present?
Content marketing, storytelling, branding, name it what you want. For us, it boils down to doing our job. Make content useful and relevant. It can be the story of a product or a documentary series, our objective is to work with a subject and “tell it” where it will have the most impact.

Since when have you been doing business?
In 1999, Alexandre was usually shooting during the day and concentrating on Toast mostly at night, from his Saint-Denis Street apartment. Today, things are a little more complicated.
Founded in 1999 as a company dedicated to interactive web developing (we have existed for nearly 10 years, many of those under the name Infivia), there are few design studios who, like us, started in new media and later added services to complete their creative and production talents on all other media.

Do you work with the goal of winning awards?
No. There is no annual quota of awards to win. However, we will not hide the dozens of international awards and trophies we received over the years for a wide variety of projects. Drop by the office and we will take a minute or two to show them to you.

Is it expensive to work with you?
We’re not the cheapest, but we’re not the most expensive either.
