As part of our interactive development mandate for the Avataq Cultural Institute (a complete overhaul of the website), part of the job is to include nearly 500 360° photos of objects in their collection.
We headed to the Museum Collections Centre (where a large number of important collections are stored). It is a very secure place (and extremely clean to boot!) where our client stores its collection of thousands of objects.
The project is scheduled for launching early this summer. Rest assured that until then, many hours will be spent taking pictures of hundreds of items for the enjoyment of future website visitors!
